Watchmaker’s mainspring gauge.  This is an antique brass item and the patina is truly stunning.  Use this to measure mainsprings in both pocket watches and wrist watches.  It will look great on your workbench or out for display.  As you can see in the picture, there is some light oxidation to the metal, which should clean up well.
